Our average response time is less than 18 hours, but for critical issues, we aim to respond as soon as possible.

Free support is only available without any extra charges if the following conditions are met:

  • Our apps must be purchased from Odoo Apps Store.
  • The free support is valid for 90 days of purchase.
  • You can ask any functional question related to that app.
  • It does not include new customization.
