Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 28 September, 2026 Last Updated: 28 September, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the optional auto-renewing subscription in H2Glow: Drinking Water Reminder (“H2Glow”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), developed by TechKhedut Inc. and purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

In short: subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except in the exceptional cases listed below. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and you keep access to your subscription until the end of the period you have already paid for.

1. How Subscription Billing Works
  • The subscription is auto-renewing. The price and billing period (for example, monthly or yearly) are shown in the App and in the store before you confirm your purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your store account is charged for the next period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not store or access your card or bank details.
2. No Refunds on Purchased Subscriptions

When you buy or renew the subscription, you get immediate access to its features for the whole billing period. For this reason, all subscription charges are final and non-refundable once the billing period has started, including:

  • the first payment for a new subscription;
  • automatic renewal payments;
  • payments taken when a free trial converts into a paid subscription.

We do not provide refunds, credits or partial refunds for:

  • unused time left in a billing period, including when you cancel partway through it;
  • forgetting to cancel before a renewal or before a free trial ended;
  • deleting the App without cancelling the subscription;
  • not using the App or its subscription features during the period;
  • changing your mind after purchase.

You can try H2Glow's free features before subscribing and, where offered, use a free trial to evaluate the subscription before you are charged.

3. Exceptional Cases

We will review a refund request only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
  • Charged after a valid cancellation: you cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date but were still charged for the next period.
  • Subscription not working due to our fault: features you paid for did not work because of a technical problem on our side, you reported it to us, and we were unable to fix it or restore your access within a reasonable time.
  • Unauthorised purchase: the subscription was bought without your permission, for example by a child or someone else using your device, and you report it promptly.
  • Required by law: a refund is required under consumer laws that apply to you.

Each request is reviewed case by case. Meeting one of these cases does not guarantee a refund, and any approved refund may be full or partial depending on the circumstances.

4. How to Request an Exceptional Refund

Please contact us first. Most problems with subscription access, such as the subscription not showing after reinstalling the App or switching devices, can be fixed quickly without a refund.

Email support@techkhedut.com with:

  • the store you purchased from (Apple App Store or Google Play);
  • your order ID from the store receipt email (Apple order IDs usually start with “M”, Google Play order IDs with “GPA.”);
  • the purchase or renewal date;
  • which exceptional case applies and a short description of the problem.

Because payments are processed by the stores:

  • Google Play: if we approve your request, we will issue the refund through Google Play.
  • Apple App Store: Apple processes all App Store refunds and we cannot issue them directly. If your case qualifies, we will tell you how to submit the request to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Apple and Google make their own decisions on refund requests submitted to them under their own policies.

5. Cancel Before Your Next Renewal

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends. Because billing is managed by Apple and Google, you need to cancel through your store account. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

iPhone or iPad (Apple App Store)

  • Open Settings and tap your name.
  • Tap Subscriptions, then H2Glow.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Android (Google Play)

  • Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Select H2Glow, tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
6. After You Cancel
  • Cancelling stops future renewals only. It does not refund the current period.
  • You keep full subscription access until the end of your current paid period, up to your renewal date. No further charges are made.
  • When the paid period ends, the App returns to its free features. Your reminders and settings stay on your device.
  • You can subscribe again at any time.
7. If a Refund Is Granted
  • When Apple or Google refunds a subscription payment, the store revokes that subscription, and your subscription access ends immediately, including any days left in that period.
  • The same applies if a payment is reversed through a chargeback with your bank or card provider.
8. Free Trials & Price Changes
  • If a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The payment taken at conversion is covered by section 2.
  • If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged.
  • If the subscription price changes, Apple or Google will notify you as their rules require, and you can cancel before the new price applies to your next renewal.
9. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement. If you live in a country whose laws give you a right to cancel or to a refund, for example in the European Union or the United Kingdom, those rights apply alongside this policy and may be handled by Apple or Google under their terms.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new Last Updated date. Changes do not affect payments made before the update.
