Welcome toH2Glow: Drinking Water Reminder (“H2Glow”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading or using our application (“App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using H2Glow.

1. Use of the Application
  • H2Glow is designed to help users stay hydrated by sending drinking water reminders.
  • You must use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the functionality, servers, or networks connected to the App.
2. Subscription
  • H2Glow offers an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features. Prices, billing periods and any free-trial length are shown in the App and in the store before you buy.
  • Payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchases. We do not store or access your payment information.
  • Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds: subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except in the exceptional cases described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. User Accounts
  • H2Glow does not require user registration or login.
  • You are responsible for managing your own notification preferences within the App.
  • Since no account is created, we do not store user profiles or personal data.
4. Intellectual Property
  • All app content, including design, text, icons, and graphics, is owned by TechKhedut or licensed for use.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy (available within the App and on our website).

We do not collect, store, or share personal user data. Subscription payments are handled entirely by the respective app store payment services.

6. Limitation of Liability
  • H2Glow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or health issues resulting from reliance on reminder notifications or hydration suggestions.
  • Users should always consult a healthcare professional for personalized medical advice.
7. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update or modify the App or these Terms at any time.

Any changes will be reflected in this section with a new Effective Date.

Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if a user violates these Terms or misuses the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
