What is Live Earth Map: GPS Satellite?
Live Earth Map: GPS Satellite is a mobile app that brings live satellite and 3D maps, street view, live cameras from famous places, GPS navigation, parking tools, a GPS camera and 30 location, sensor and travel tools together in one app.
Is Live Earth Map available on iPhone and Android?
Live Earth Map is launching soon on the Apple App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. Download links will appear on this page as soon as the app is live.
Is Live Earth Map free?
Yes. Live Earth Map is free to download and use. An optional Pro subscription unlocks severe weather alerts, the Air Quality Index, an extended 14-day forecast, custom notifications and an ad-free experience.
Can I watch live cameras from around the world?
Yes. The live cam section streams public cameras from iconic places such as Times Square and Venice Beach. You can search cameras by city or landmark, see how many people are watching, and save favourites. Camera availability depends on the third-party camera operators.
Does Live Earth Map help me find my parked car?
Yes. Save your parking spot with a note, run a parking timer, and use Navigate to Car for walking directions back to where you parked. You can also find nearby parking with rates and availability.
What does the GPS Camera do?
The GPS Camera stamps every photo with your coordinates, altitude, heading, address and time, which is useful for travel memories, fieldwork and proof-of-visit photos.
Which permissions does the app need?
Location powers maps, directions, weather and the GPS camera; the camera is used for the GPS Camera; motion sensors power the compass, level and speedometer; notifications are used for alerts and parking reminders.
