Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and TechKhedut Inc. (“TechKhedut”, “we”, “our” or “us”) for your use of Live Earth Map: GPS Satellite (the “App”). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Licence to use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the usage rules of the store you downloaded it from.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

4. Pro subscription & free trials

• The App is free to download. Live Earth Map Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features, such as severe weather alerts, the Air Quality Index, the extended 14-day forecast, custom notifications and an ad-free experience. Pro features may change over time.
• Prices, billing periods and any free-trial length are shown in the App and in the App Store or Google Play before you buy, and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Free trials: if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before a trial ends, it converts into a paid subscription. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription, where applicable.
• Cancel or manage your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; we cannot issue refunds for store purchases directly.
• Use Restore Purchases in the App to restore an active subscription on a new or reinstalled device signed in to the same store account.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App shows advertisements from third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for products, services or websites they link to. See the Privacy Policy for how ads use data and how to manage your choices.

6. Maps, live cams & third-party content

• Maps, satellite and street imagery, directions, places, parking information, weather, air-quality data and live camera streams are provided by third-party sources. They may be incomplete, out of date, delayed or unavailable, and satellite or street imagery may not show current conditions.
• Live cams are operated by third parties. We do not control their content, uptime, location or quality, and a camera may be removed or go offline at any time. Viewer counts and stream details are shown as provided.
• Place details such as ratings, opening hours, parking availability and rates are for general reference only. Please confirm important details directly with the business or venue.
• Your use of third-party content may also be subject to that provider's own terms.

7. Navigation & driving safety

• Do not interact with the App while driving. Set up routes, speedometer, RPM Meter or other tools before you start, or have a passenger do so. Always obey traffic laws and road signs, and use your own judgement.
• Routes and travel times are estimates. Roads, closures, access restrictions and conditions may differ from what the App shows.
• The App is not designed for emergency services, aviation, marine, military or other safety-critical navigation, and must not be relied on for those purposes.

8. Sensors, measurements & vehicle data

• The compass, bed compass, altitude meter, speedometer, bubble level, sensor dashboard and area mapping rely on your device's sensors and GPS. Accuracy depends on your hardware, calibration, signal and surroundings, including magnetic interference, and readings are approximate.
• Area measurements are estimates and are not a legal or professional land survey.
• The RPM Meter reads data through a compatible OBD-II adapter that you supply. Connecting third-party hardware to your vehicle is at your own risk; we are not responsible for adapter compatibility, vehicle behaviour or any resulting damage.
• Bed compass Vastu and Feng Shui suggestions are traditional guidance for general interest only and are not scientific or professional advice.

9. Weather, air quality & wellness information

• Weather, severe weather alerts, air quality, humidity, frizz and gardening information are provided for general information. For safety decisions, always follow official warnings from local authorities and meteorological services.
• The Blood Oxygen tool displays readings from your connected health app or wearable for general wellness purposes. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about any health concern, and seek emergency help when needed.

10. Location sharing, photos & lawful use

• You are responsible for how you use Share Location, the GPS Camera and exported data. Share location only with people you trust.
• Do not use the App to track, monitor or locate another person without their knowledge and consent, or to stalk, harass or harm anyone.
• Respect privacy, property and local laws when taking photos or recording locations, and do not photograph restricted or prohibited areas.
• Photos, notes and exports you create are yours. They are stored on your device, and you are responsible for backing them up.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, its services or its data providers;
• scrape, record, download, rebroadcast or commercially exploit maps, imagery or live camera streams, except as the App allows;
• use bots, scripts or automated means to access the App or its services;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notices.

12. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, icons and the “Live Earth Map” name and logo, is owned by TechKhedut or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Map data, imagery and camera streams belong to their respective owners. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond the licence above.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes and how you can control it, including location, permissions, advertising and analytics.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any data, including location, navigation, measurement, weather or health data, will be accurate or complete.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechKhedut and its affiliates, officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, time or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, including reliance on navigation, measurements, weather alerts, wellness readings or third-party content.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechKhedut from any claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

17. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it; remember to cancel any active subscription through your store account. We may suspend or end your access to the App, or to any feature, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, will survive.

18. Apple App Store & Google Play terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you and TechKhedut acknowledge that:

• these Terms are between you and TechKhedut only, not Apple, and TechKhedut, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content;
• your licence is limited to using the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App;
• if the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App;
• TechKhedut, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property infringement claims;
• you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
• you must comply with applicable third-party terms, such as your wireless data service agreement, when using the App;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Where these Terms conflict with an app store's terms, the store's terms apply to the extent of the conflict.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence, the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the App.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, let you know in the App. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
